GrowLab is responsible for processing the personal data you send us through this website, in accordance with Law No. 29733, Peru’s Personal Data Protection Law, and its regulations.
For any question about your data you can write to us at hola.grow.lab@gmail.com.
The data you choose to send us through the contact form: name, email address, phone number and, if you wish, the services you are interested in and a message. We also record the date of submission and the page it was sent from.
If you request the free audit, you can also tell us the website or social profile we will review, the areas you are interested in and your approximate monthly ad spend.
We do not request sensitive data or data from minors.
To answer your inquiry, prepare a proposal and keep in touch about the services you request. We process your data with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form before sending it.
We do not use your data for other purposes without asking you first.
Your message is stored on the server that hosts this website and reaches us by email. Only the team members handling your request have access to it.
After sending the form you can book a meeting. The calendar is managed by Calendly: when you click “Book a meeting” it opens with your name and email already filled in so you don’t have to type them again, and whatever you confirm there is received by Calendly to book the appointment and notify us. Calendly uses its own cookies, which are necessary for it to work.
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. The providers we work with (web hosting, email and meeting scheduling) process it on our behalf; some of them may have servers outside Peru.
For as long as our relationship lasts or as needed to handle your request. After that we delete it, unless we are legally required to keep it.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection at any time, and withdraw your consent, by writing to hola.grow.lab@gmail.com with your request.
If you believe we have not handled your request, you can contact Peru’s National Authority for Personal Data Protection, part of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how the website is used (page views, sections viewed, forms submitted) and, where applicable, to measure the results of our advertising campaigns. These tools use cookies.
On your first visit you can accept those cookies or continue with only the essential ones, and change your choice at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the page. Your name, email and phone number are not sent to Google Analytics.
Links to social networks take you to external websites with their own policies.
We may update this text if the website or the applicable regulations change. The version in force is always the one published on this page. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
